- 4 veal chops (6 to 8 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 16 fresh sage leaves
- White pepper and salt to taste
Step by Step Instructions
Grilled Sage Veal Chops
Brush chops evenly on both sides with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Press 2 sage leaves on each side of the chops, and marinate in refrigerator for at least one hour.
Grill over high heat for approximately 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
