  • 2 tablespoons canola oil

Combine all ingredients, except the oil, in a saucepan. Bring them to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Reduce the heat, and simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Using a whisk, blend in the oil
until incorporated.
