Kim Wilcox is a renowned chef and restaurant owner of the family-owned and operated It's All So Yummy restaurant in Knoxville, Tennessee. For more than 10 years, It's All So Yummy Café has been serving residents homemade soups, salads, sandwiches, ice cream, and their most famous specialty, savory and unique grilled cheese sandwiches. Beginning in 2009, Chef Kim Wilcox started her business with just one cake on the menu!
