How do I return an item?

Returns Policy
Digital Downloads are available for download immediately following the completion of payment processing by our customer service team. This usually happens within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
Due to the nature of digital products, there are NO RETURNS on these items. This includes:
- Downloadable pattern packages
- Pattern CD collections (once opened)
- Digital books on CD (once opened)
- eProjects
- Other CD / DVD purchases (once opened)
If you need to return a physical item (book, magazine, etc.), simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
You have 30 days from receipt to return your "like new" merchandise unless an offer or promotion indicates returns are not accepted.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
As always, Postal Deadlines do not guarantee delivery by Christmas. UPS Deadlines are based on their published transit time. USPS and UPS deadlines are based on their published deadlines.
As always, book orders can be shipped "Rushed Shipping" for an additional fee.
The US Postal service gives no guarantees for delivery.
Free Shipping Policy
Free shipping is automatically applied to any order of $30 or more at checkout. Please note magazine subscriptions are excluded from this special offer, as well as individual and bundled archival back issues. Choosing any shipping option other than Free Shipping will result in normal shipping and handling charges. No promotional code is necessary. Offer not valid on previously purchased items. Fox Chapel Publishing reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue this offer at any time.
Free shipping is only valid for customers in the US and applies to ground shipping only.
